Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	Animal deceased since 2017, this is one of the only known images to exist, there were not many images of this animal when he was alive and a diligent search has yet to uncover any free images. This was a popular and valuable animal worth six figures so it was not easy to obtain a photograph of him. Travel and attendance of a PBR or PRCA event did not guarantee possibility of a photograph let alone getting close enough for one.

Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since: April 14, 2017 Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because: It is a historically significant photo of a famous individual animal: [1] and [2]. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality). The photo is only being used for informational purposes. Its inclusion in the article adds significantly to the article because the animal is the topic the article.
