Summary

Description A shaped mould for forming an ice ring having an inside curvature which matches the curvature of a the neck of a bottle of wine. The ice ring sits on the neck of the bottle and cools the contents. Convection causes cool wine to sink within the bottle drawing warm wine up to the cold neck. Continuous flow within bottle ensures even cooling of the wine and achieves a consistent temperature. Severn ice ring wine cooler.
