Summary

Description Portrait of Ramarotafika (Ratafikia or Ratafika), half-brother of Radama I (1805-1828). He with his brother Rahovy was educated in Mauritius from September 10, 1816 to July 10, 1817 when they returned to Madagascar. This portrait was painted while he was in Mauritius. Murdered, along with several other members of his family, in 1828.
