- it is a low resolution copy of a TV series promotional poster;
- it does not in any way limit the copyright owner's rights to profit from the series;
- it is not used in a manner that would replace the original market role of the original copyrighted material;
- its use in the article is for informational purposes only;
- its contributes significantly to the article in that it illustrates the subject of the article;
