Română: Descrierea stemei:

Stema comunei Dumbrava, potrivit anexei nr. 1.1, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite.

În interiorul scutului, în câmp de argint, se află un pom verde cu rădăcini, trunchi şi coroană. Pe coroana verde a pomului sunt plasate trei pere din aur dispuse 1:2.Pomul este flancat de doi cocori albaştri, purtând fiecare într-o gheară o piatră verde.

Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate

Pomul evocă faptul că în localitate se cultivă perele în mod tradiţional.

Cele trei pere indică numărul satelor componente ale comunei.

Cocorul purtând într-o gheară o piatră verde simbolizează un element din vechea pecete folosită din anul 1834.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
