Description
Română: Stema comunei Rus se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat de argint.

În partea superioară, pe fond azur, se află o crenguță de stejar de aur și un buchet de spice de grâu de aur, dispuse în bandă și în bară, asuprite de un coș de argint încărcat cu ouă de paște vopsite în culori naturale. În partea inferioară, pe fond roșu, se află 3 bezanți de argint dispuși 2:1. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat. Semnificațiile elementelor însumate Brâul undat semnifică hidrografia localității - râul Someș ce străbate localitatea. Spicele de grâu reprezintă activitatea specifică zonei - agricultura. Crenguța de stejar face referire la bogăția silvică a comunei. Coșul cu ouă vopsite semnifică Ciocota pe duse, obicei unic in localitate. Bezanții fac referire la tezaurele monetare descoperite în „Poiana lui Dănilă“, iar numărul lor indică numărul satelor componente ale comunei.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat reprezintă rangul administrativ al localității, cel de comună.
