Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	I have looked on the internet for any other photos.I have found a total of three, all non-free images. The subject lived in India, and perhaps someone living there can find free images, but language barriers and distance have made it impossible for me to locate a free image..
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	A small, low resolution version will be used in a single article, a biography about the person in the photo.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	There first spears to be any commercial use for this portrait in this low resolution condition. It cannot compete with a photograph of the quality that a copyright owner should possess.
