Summary

Description
English: The dynamic programming is limited, by the fact it assume independence between sister lineages, that makes it unable to consider replacing transfers or gene conversion. In replacing transfer, a gene is transferred to a new species where another copy from the same gene family is present, and the new gene replace the old one. In gene conversion, a new copy of a gene in a genome replace a previous paralogous copy.
