Description
English: Snowfall totals map, as prepared by the National Weather Service Forecast Office in Valley, Nebraska (USA), of the surprise Eastern Nebraska snowstorm of October 1997. The 200-year snowstorm paralyzed the region as the snow began to fall on October 25 to 26, causing massive power outages, tree damage and much recovery in it's wake. 13.2 inches of snow officially fell in Lincoln and 9.2 inches in Valley.
