I believe the use of this work in the named article constitutes fair use for the following reasons:

1. It is very low resolution, to the point of rendering much of the text and detail on the poster illegible, thereby making it unsuitable for printing;

1. It is being used in the article solely to illustrate the film and support critical commentary;

1. No suitable free alternative could be found (or is likely to exist).
