Description
English: Illustration depicting Cupid and Psyche from "Some Fairy Tales of the Ancient Greeks". Psyche is taking a rest at a cool, quiet spot in the palace grounds. Psyche is asleep when Cupid finds her. He falls in love with her and her beautiful image, and decides not to kill her as Venus ordered.
