This is a capture of Kim in one of her civilian clothes, mostly used often as a school outfit. This copyrighted material is held by Disney, and Bob Schooley; This single frame will not or should have impact on Disney’s ability/rights to sell DVD’s, merchandise and should have impact on audience figures for each episode; and will not be used to replace the original market role of the publication in question.
