Fair use Rationale for Kathryn Merteuil[edit]
- No free equivalent can be created. This image depicts a fictional character in a movie, of which every image is copyrighted. As a fictional character, no free images can be produced.
- This image respects commercial opportunities - the commercial product is a movie - a single image cannot meaningfully replace it.
- The image represents a depiction of a character who has been discussed in multiple academic sources and this is highly encyclopedic.
- The image is of low resolution.
- The image is only used in the Kathryn Merteuil article.
