Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	As far as I know this photograph (by an unknown photographer) has been published twice (once in 1944, and once in 1994), and has otherwise remained in the Library of Congress unused since then. It is also quite likely that the photographer is deceased, as the photograph was taken circa 1942.
Other information	The subject of the photograph has been deceased since December 30, 1977.
