Description
English: Idiopathic osteosclerosis: In CBCT images, it is observed as a hyperdense round lesion (arrowhead) located under the apex of an apparently non-infected tooth (top). IO lesion is clearly separated from the root of the adjacent tooth by a visible periodontal membrane (bottom)
