Description
Deutsch: Von der Fußgängerverbindung zwischen der Casa rosada und der Puente de la Mujer Richtung Süden, das zweite Streckengleis und das der Straßenbahnstrecke Tranvía del Este wurde dem Bau der Schnellstraße Paseo del Bajo geopfert. Nicht klar ist die Entstehung des Namens, denn mit einer Flaniermeile hat diese Schnellstraße, die noch mehr Durchgangs- und Schwerverkehr in die Innenstadt bringt, wirklich nichts zu tun.
