This image is of a poster, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by either the publisher or the creator of the work depicted. Rationale[edit]

This low-resolution scan of an old newsreel poster is being used in reference to the newsreel itself in the context of the Harold McSpaden article, since Harold "Jug" McSpaden in the subject of said newsreel. It cannot be replaced with a free image. Fair use is indicated for a poster image when it is being used in direct regard to the subject of the poster and in a noncommercial venue and for educational purposes.
