English: History of the Kegon Sect (紙本著色華厳宗祖師絵伝, shihon chakushoku Kegonshū soshi eden) or Kegon engi (華厳縁起) scroll three(detail). Located at Kōzan-ji. One of six handscrolls (Emakimono). Color on paper. The set of handscrolls has been designate as National Treasure of Japan in the category paintings.
