English: Grave, Castle Park In the grounds of Castle Park, near Bangor Castle, is a solitary grave. The two people buried there are John George Barry Bingham and Matilda Catherine Maude Ward.

John George Barry Bingham, 5th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook was born on 27 August 1852. He was the son of John Charles Robert Bingham, 4th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook and Sarah Selina Persse. He married Matilda Catherine Maude Ward, daughter of Robert Edward Ward and Harriette Ward, on 27 June 1878 at Bangor, County Down, Ireland. He died on 4 November 1916 at age 64 in Bangor Castle, County Down, Ireland.

John George Barry Bingham, 5th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook was educated between 1866 and 1869 at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1874 in the service of the 28th Foot. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in 1875 in the service of the Rifle Brigade. He was Aide-de-Camp to the Viceroy of India between 1876 and 1878. He succeeded to the title of 5th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook, co. Mayo on 5 April 1876. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Down. He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of County Mayo. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for County Galway.

Matilda Catherine Maude Ward was born on 3 May 1858 at 29 Half Moon Street, Piccadilly, London, England. She was the daughter of Robert Edward Ward and Harriette Ward. She married John George Barry Bingham, 5th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook, son of John Charles Robert Bingham, 4th Baron Clanmorris of Newbrook and Sarah Selina Persse, on 27 June 1878 in Bangor, County Down, Ireland. She died on 14 February 1941 at age 82.
