Description
English: German locomotives in U.S. railroad yards at Signal Corps Supply Depot No.1 at Is-sur-Tille, Cote D'Or, France, 10 April 1919. The locomotives were turned over to U.S. by Germany according to the terms of the 1918 Armistice. The photo one track of three tracks full. The first engine appears to be a Bavarian S3/6, the other engines seem to be Prussian G8.
