Note that the game does not feature anti-aliasing of sorts in game, as the current resized version seemingly depicts.

Licensing: Fair use for[edit]

The author asserts that the image qualifies fair use for the following reasons:

1. Rockstar North and Rockstar Games have not release game screenshots into public domain.
2. The image is necessary to describe the appearance the game's gameplay and graphics; nothing else.
3. The screenshot is not intended to hinder the copyright owner's ability to sell the game.
4. This image is a screenshot and thus immediately falls in fair use.
