หน้าต้นของรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับนี้ประทับพระราชลัญจกรมหาโองการ พระราชลัญจกรไอยราพด และพระราชลัญจกรหงสพิมาน ถัดลงมาเป็นพระราชลัญจกรพระครุฑพ่าห์รัชกาลที่ ๙ ประทับกำกับพระปรมาภิไธย "สมเด็จพระปรมินทรมหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดช สยามินทราธิราช บรมนาถบพิตร" คำบรรยายในการจัดแสดงระบุรายละเอียดไว้ดังนี้ รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย พุทธศักราช ๒๔๗๕ รัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย แก้ไขเพิ่มเติม พุทธศักราช ๒๔๙๕ ประทับตราพระครุฑพ่าห์ทองคำบนปก นับเป็นรัฐธรรมนูญ (สมุดไทย) ฉบับแรกที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลปัจจุบันทรงลงพระปรมาภิไธย ประกาศใช้เมื่อวันที่ ๘ มีนาคม ๒๔๙๕ ถึงวันที่ ๒๐ ตุลาคม ๒๕๐๑ 1932 Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand' The Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand amendment 1952 was embossed with the gold Garuda Seal on the cover.
