Description
English: Cross-section of proposed Fillmore Street Tunnel. The two bores are arranged for rail traffic (on the left side, with a sidewalk) and road traffic (on the right side). Drawn approximately to scale, with vertical clearance at the center of each bore equal to 19 feet (5.8 m) and overall widths of 29 feet (8.8 m) (rail+sidewalk, with 7 feet (2.1 m) wide sidewalk) and 25 feet (7.6 m) (road), separated by a 4-foot (1.2 m) thick section.
