The logo is a registered trademark for a service. In the context of Wikipedia, an environment that describes the service involved in a non-commercial form, collating information around it, I believe that inclusion of the logo constitutes fair use. I do not believe that use outside the context of Wikipedia would be reasonable. The logo is well published and displayed in newspapers, magazines and online, and seems likely to be subject to the same conventions that allow other logos representing sites and services to be displayed in Wikipedia. For example in the articles for Flickr, del.icio.us, Google, Yahoo! and Microsoft
