Español: Descripciones de la bandera y el escudo según el ayuntamiento de Navalcán [1]: «Escudo: Con corona real, consecuencia del título de Villa que en la antigüedad nos fue oto la Alcaldía de esta Villa de Navalcán pertenecía al Reino de las Españas y a fecha de hoy s política del Estado Español es la Monarquía Parlamentaria. Dentro del escudo, en campo rojo carmesí, color de Castilla, figura en oro el campanario cruz, donde está la cigüeña cuya proverbial venida celebramos. Esta mira a la derecha de levantada. La cigüeña va en color plata al igual que la campana del susodicho campanario».
