Award of the Ministry for Emergency Situations (MOE or EMERCOM) established on March 25, 1998 by ministerial order 2000, amended by ministerial order 620 of December 6, 2010. Awarded to employees with at least 5 years of service with the MOE (EMERCOM) of Russia and that have been previously awarded one of the badges of merit of the MOE of Russia; for merit in initiatives, development and implementation of successful rescue management methods resulting in successful operations, excellent performance in preventing and alleviating the consequences of accidents and natural disasters, for long and impeccable service in the cause of civil defense and disaster management. May also be awarded to citizens of the Russian Federation who have made a significant contribution to the development and successful operation of a unified state system of prevention and emergency response, for improving the activities of civil defense, fire safety and water safety.Русский: Нагрудный знак МЧС России "Почетный знак МЧС России".
Приказ МЧС РФ 6 декабря 2010 г. N 620. Нагрудный знак МЧС России "Почетный знак МЧС России" является ведомственным знаком отличия МЧС России и высшим нагрудным знаком МЧС России. Описание, рисунок и форма удостоверения к нагрудному знаку МЧС России "Почетный знак МЧС России" даны в приложениях N 1-3 к настоящему Положению. Личный состав МЧС России может награждаться нагрудным знаком МЧС России "Почетный знак МЧС России" при стаже работы в системе МЧС России (в том числе в службах, органах, учреждениях и организациях, переданных в ведение МЧС России) не менее пяти лет и при условии, если они ранее награждались одним из нагрудных знаков МЧС России "За заслуги", "Участнику ликвидации последствий ЧС". Награждение нагрудным знаком МЧС России "Почетный знак МЧС России" производится за заслуги в деле создания, развития и обеспечения успешного функционирования системы МЧС России, отличное выполнение задач по предупреждению и ликвидации последствий аварий, катастроф и стихийных бедствий, многолетнее и безупречное служение делу гражданской обороны. Нагрудным знаком МЧС России "Почетный знак МЧС России" могут награждаться граждане, внесшие значительный вклад в развитие и обеспечение успешного функционирования единой государственной системы предупреждения и ликвидации чрезвычайных ситуаций, совершенствование мероприятий в области гражданской обороны, пожарной безопасности и обеспечения безопасности людей на водных объектах.Français : Décoration "Membre d'honneur du MSU de Russie".
Décoration du Ministère des Situations d'Urgence (MSU ou EMERCOM) de Russie établie le 25 Mars 1998 par arrêté ministériel 2000, modifié par l'arrêté ministériel 620 de Décembre 6 mai 2010. Décernée aux employés ayant au moins 5 ans de service au sein du MSU (EMERCOM) de Russie et qui furent précédemment attribué l'un des insignes de mérite du MSU de Russie; pour mérite et initiatives, pour le développement et la mise en œuvre réussie de méthodes de gestion de secours résultant dans les opérations réussies, pour d'excellentes performances dans la prévention et l'atténuation des conséquences des accidents et des catastrophes naturelles, pour un service long et impeccable dans la cause de la défense civile et la gestion des catastrophes. Peut aussi être attribuée aux citoyens de la Fédération de Russie qui ont apporté une contribution significative au développement et à l'exploitation réussie d'un système fédéral unifié des actions de prévention et d'urgence, pour améliorer les activités de défense civile, sécurité incendie et sécurité de l'eau. |
