English: A Vickers Viking IV at the Langley Aeronautical Laboratory at Hampton, Virginia (USA). Initially procured in 1921 by the U.S. Navy during their studies of foreign designs, the Vickers Viking IV became NACA 17 during its short period of study at Langley.
