Description
English: American fuse box. Some lacks seen on image:
  • Corrosion on neutral wire. Neutral wire could be lined only by copper wire, but American NEC not applying this requirement at all.
  • Corrosion on circuit breakers. American NEC not requiring stainless materials to terminals for panel products (in difference from Europe), but corronsion might cause fire hazards. It means, that every few years energy user should spend big money servicing it.
  • Potentials on electric appliences might not be counterbalanced or ground contact might be not reliable, that is why outlet PB1J27 should be protected by Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter.
