Summary

Description
English: A demonstration of the most basic version of the dand exercise. This style of dand is also represented by photographs found in 'The Encyclopedia of Indian Physical Culture', by D.C. Mumumjar, 1950, p.461; and line drawings by Bruce Lee in 'The Tao of Jeet Kune Do', Ohara Publications: California, 1975, p.29. Lee also referred to the exercise as the cat stretch.
