English: A cultivated plant of the curious, caudescent, Mexican species Calibanus hookeri (Asparagaceae) growing in a terra cotta flower pot in the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, U.S.A. Original image brightened, using editing tools, to reveal detail of leaves and caudex.
