English: Gray positions represent the start and stop codons. Red positions show important sites of post translational modifications like glycation, amidation, N-myristoylation, nuclear export signal and O-glycosylation. The blue rectangles represent the domain of unknown function and the black region represents the proline rich region of the protein.
