Description Navy Lt. Cmdr. Andrew Bertrand (left) and Air Force Capt. John Feldt gather information for responses to a Mission Rehearsal Exercise (MRX) battle drill scenario. JTF 435 successfully completed the MRX and reached Initial Operations Capability Jan. 7. Upon achieving IOC, JTF 435 gained the capability to conduct command and control of subordinate units and operate as a headquarters in Kabul, Afghanistan.
