Boven hen in de hemel de Heilige Geest als duif, omringd door musicerende engelen en de heilige Petrus (links op de wolken). Links op de achtergrond de gelijkenis van de farizeeër en de tollenaar. En verder naar de achtergrond de gekruisigde Christus, geflankeerd door de twee misdadigers. Rechts op de achtergrond wast Maria Magdalena de voeten van Christus in het huis van Simon de Farizeeër. In de marge een zesregelig onderschrift, in twee kolommen, in het Latijn.
