Summary

Description This image shows Tropical Depression Agaton of 2006 near the Philippines on January 23 at 0450 UTC. The storm's maximum sustained winds were about 35 mph (55 km/h) and the minimum pressure was 1000 mb. Despite being given a name (Agaton) by PAGASA, the system never became strong enough to merit an official name.
