Deutsch: Aarhus Letbane: Tw 1110-1210 hält als RegioTramlinie L2 im Bahnhof Odder. Datum: 10. Juli 2020. - Seit dem 25. August 2018 bedienen die Variobahnen der Linie L2 die Bahnstrecke Århus - Odder. Auf dieser Strecke fuhren bis Dezember 2012 Triebzüge (Y-Züge) der Privatbahn Odderbanen (bis 2008: Hads-Ning Herreders Jernbane; ab 2008 bis Dezember 2012: Midtjyske Jernbaner) und ab Dezember 2012 bis zum 26. August 2016 DSB-Triebzüge des Typs Desiro (BR Mq); die DSB-Triebzüge bedienten als Århus Nærbane (: Lokalbahn) auch die Strecke Århus - Grenå, die im Voraus eine DSB-Strecke war - damit wollte man den Fahrgästen die Möglichkeit geben, die ganze Bahnstrecke Odder - Århus - Grenå ohne Umsteigen zu benutzen. - Der Eisenbahncharakter des Bahnhofs in Odder ist noch deutlich zu erkennen. - Der Stadtname 'Odder' (die Stadt wurde 1363 'Oddræth' benannt) ist eine Wortzusammensetzung von 'od' / 'odde' (= Landspitze, Landzunge) und dem altdänischen 'ræth', das vielleicht eine "Abschwächung" des Altdänischen 'ruth' / 'roth' (dä: 'rydning', dt: 'Rodung') ist.
