| Description | A Washington Army National Guard student at the Oregon Regional Training Institute's Infantry Transition Course, competes against the clock to beat a fellow classmate’s time at dissembling and reassembling the M240 machine gun while blindfolded, as fellow students cheer him on, at Camp Umatilla, March 15. A delegation of senior Bangladesh Army personnel and non-commissioned officer academy instructors watched the competition, learning different Soldier training techniques from their U.S. counterparts during a training site visit as part of the Oregon National Guard State Partnership Program.
