Summary

Description
English: Floor plan of the Comares Palace in the Alhambra, edited to focus on this palace amidst the rest of the complex.

Key: 1=Comares Façade (in the Courtyard of the Cuarto Dorado) 2=Sala de la Barca 3=Hall of Ambassadors 4=Changing room of the baths (Sala de las Camas) 5=Cold room of the baths 6=Warm room of the baths 7=Hot room of the baths (furnace room is also located next to this)

Notes: This image is based on a floor plan drawn in 1892. Many restorations and archeological excavations were conducted after this time, so some details may no longer be current. More notably, the layout of the Mexuar (on the left) is not complete and does not reflect what we know today. However, the layout of the Comares Palace shown here is still quite current with what more recent floor plans show. I've made some minor modifications (e.g. adding a wall here and there) based on some more current floor plans, such as the ones provided in the official guidebook of the Alhambra (López 2011, "The Alhambra and the Generalife: Official Guide").
