中文：駐緬甸代表處李朝成大使偕經濟組陳伯彰組長，於6月22日應台商成長緬甸股份有限公司公司尹心怡經理邀請，參訪該公司位於迪拉瓦經濟特區的廠房，除瞭解其營運現況，並就緬甸近期政經概況交換意見。

尹經理介紹，緬甸成長股份有限公司於2018年起營運，目前員工人數約在100人，工廠主要在製造泡棉與鞋材貼合加工，從國外引進先進的泡棉生產設備，複合機系列設備，產品主要適用於鞋類、體育用品、服裝箱包、內衣和電子等的製造，是Nike、Adidas等世界知名品牌的指定供應商之一。工廠所在的緬甸迪洛瓦經濟特區，是緬甸國內第一個的經濟特區，是達面積2,500公頃，位於緬甸最大城市仰光南方25公里，區內有完善的基礎設施如水、電、網路、廢水排放等，並設有一站式服務中心，各種有關政府部門申請、進出口作業及簽證等均可在特區內完成。
尹經理特別感謝去(2021)年緬甸疫情高峰期，代表處提供的急難救助資源，惟除疫情的相關衝擊外，近年受國際情勢及緬甸軍方接管政權後的影響，先後面臨訂單縮減、運輸報關成本上漲暨船期拉長、緬幣現金短缺、原料價格飆漲、外匯嚴管措施、政府主管機關人員異動後的政策轉向，以及內部管理階層待補等之多重挑戰，所幸目前國際訂單已陸續恢復，工廠營運趨穩，特別是所在經濟特區規劃完善，使公司免受其他工業區的斷電之苦，加上安全管理無虞及行政服務便捷，省卻不少困擾。另據悉已有下游鞋業將陸續來緬設廠，可望帶來更多的訂單，但該公司仍將審慎觀察緬甸的政局發展及明年大選後勢，調整在緬策略。(有關該公司的詳細資料，請參考https://www.crmto.com/webls-zh-tw/msg/msg26.html。)
李大使回應，在政情方面，緬甸看守政府刻正籌備明年大選，倘能順利完成，整體局勢可望走穩，將有助我商在緬的投資及營運活動，建議尹經理續與代表處保持聯繫，掌握政經相關資訊；並表示成長實業與我商下游鞋業同時進駐緬甸的模式，有助營運及商機的取得，值得我商業者參考。另提到，迪洛瓦經濟特區的規劃完善令人印象深刻，雖對進駐業者之環保規劃要求較高，長期實有助我商在緬的永續發展，勉勵我商積極肩負企業社會責任，並實現與在地的共榮發展。
